We are seeking a caregiver with communicative German skills for a 46-year-old woman (55 kg, 168 cm) diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. The lady is mentally fully oriented, leads an active life, and although she cannot walk, she is mobile at home using a wheelchair. She lives with her partner in Bad Saulgau (ZIP code 88348), in a two-story apartment. The caregiver is provided with private accommodation, including a kitchen, bathroom, and internet access. Assistance is primarily needed for personal hygiene (full assistance), transferring from the wheelchair to the toilet, dressing, and household management, such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping. The shopping involves regular necessities and is not extensive; stores are approximately a 10-minute walk away, and a bicycle is available. The client works 4–6 hours a day and spends her free time with her partner, with whom she takes car trips. Once a week, she attends swimming and equestrian therapy, during which the caregiver is expected to accompany and assist her with transfers. Swimming is not required from the caregiver. Night work is not necessary. Approximately two afternoons a week, the caregiver has time off when the client is out with her partner. Requirements for the caregiver: the candidate should be a young, strong, motivated, and skilled woman. The caregiver should not be afraid of animals, as the client attends hippotherapy. Smoking is allowed only outside the house. This position is suitable for a patient and empathetic person who can handle physical assistance with transfers.

The salary range in Germany is between €1200 and €2200 per month on a trade license. Compensation depends on the required language and other skills, the client's health condition, and whether care is provided for an individual or a married couple. In Switzerland, the salary ranges from 2460 to 2500 CHF per month on a Swiss employment contract.
