We are looking for a caregiver for two seniors We are looking for a caregiver for two individuals – an 86-year-old lady and an 85-year-old gentleman. Both are mobile within the house with the help of a walker. Both have mild early-stage dementia and general aging. The lady has had one breast removed following a past cancer illness. Otherwise, both are appropriately oriented and physically capable according to their age. The lady requires partial assistance with personal hygiene and showering. She can manage other activities, such as nighttime toilet use, independently. The gentleman is independent in personal hygiene and nighttime toilet use. The caregiver will provide assistance in the full scope of household operations – cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other routine domestic tasks. Shopping can be handled by the son. Night work is not required. Lifting is not required. The seniors live in a family house in the city 51067 (large city). A separate guest room is prepared for the caregiver. Internet is available. Time off can be arranged individually. There are no pets in the household.

Of course, you can also choose another transportation method that you prefer. The caregiver pays for the journey themselves, with the family in Germany contributing €150-200 towards it, and in Switzerland 380 CHF.
In Germany, the standard length of a work period is 4 to 6 weeks, while in Switzerland it's 2 months. In the case of temporary replacements, the periods are shorter.
The salary range in Germany is between €1200 and €2200 per month on a trade license. Compensation depends on the required language and other skills, the client's health condition, and whether care is provided for an individual or a married couple. In Switzerland, the salary ranges from 2460 to 2500 CHF per month on a Swiss employment contract.
