We are looking for a suitable caregiver for long-term care in a rotational system for a client in Neckargemünd, Germany, who is willing to stay for at least three months. We require good knowledge of German, smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, a driver's license is not required, and an empathetic person with a positive attitude and love for animals is welcome. The client is a 90-year-old woman weighing 72 kg and 155 cm tall, requiring a wheelchair, diagnosed with hypertension, and has suffered several strokes with limitations on the right side of the body and speech disorders, yet she is mentally clear, pressure-sensitive, and requires increased care post-strokes. Partial assistance is expected with dressing and undressing, partial help with personal hygiene, including assistance with entering and exiting the shower or bath, support with toilet use approximately three times a day, and help with transfers requiring medium support for lifting. The client is independent in eating but needs supervision with fluid intake, and attention must be paid to adequate hydration. The job includes taking over household duties, including shopping, cooking, and cleaning, laundry care, and routine errands, accompanying to doctor's appointments as agreed, ensuring daily structure, providing companionship, including playing social games like Rummy Cup and walks as possible; nighttime assistance to the toilet approximately once per night. Available aids include a wheelchair, toilet chair, and nursing bed, accommodation for the caregiver will be provided in a guest room in the senior residence, internet will be available, and grocery stores are within walking distance.
