We are looking for a caregiver with good German language skills and experience with dementia. A driver's license is not required, and smoking is allowed only outside the house.
The senior is 84 years old, weighs 65 kg, and is 165 cm tall. She has dementia/Alzheimer's, incontinence, and Pflegegrad 4. She moves with a walker, uses a wheelchair outside, and needs assistance when getting up. Her communication is weak, her short-term memory is impaired, and she requires guidance and a regular routine throughout the day. She recognizes her family but is less oriented in everyday environments. She does not have tendencies to wander or show aggression.
Assistance is needed with dressing, hygiene, showering, hair washing, and toileting, including changing incontinence aids. She needs to be regularly taken to the toilet, encouraged to eat and drink, and fed if necessary. The job includes cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, providing company, walks, and simple activities like board games. The family prepares the medication. The family accompanies her to the doctor and appointments.
Night care is not required. On Tuesdays, the senior attends a day care center from 8:00 to 16:00. The family helps and also takes care of cooking during visits.
The caregiver resides in a two-family house in the peaceful rural area of Sallneck. Internet is available. Free time is arranged by agreement.

The client is a 47-year-old woman weighing 50 kg and 180 cm tall, who moves around the house in a wheelchair. She suffers from advanced multiple sclerosis, is unable to move her arms or legs, and is very limited in mobility. She has gluten and lactose intolerance and an allergy to animal fur. She is entirely dependent on assistance for dressing, undressing, eating, personal hygiene, and toileting. Lifts are available for all transfers. The client wakes up around 8.00–9.00 a.m. and goes to bed at approximately 7.00 p.m. Showers are given on Thursday and Sunday. The caregiver will accompany her by car to the doctor, hairdresser, and other necessary trips.
Job responsibilities include complete household management, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation, with a hot meal cooked in the evening. Shopping is about a five-minute drive away and can be done together with the client. The role also involves spending time together and supporting daily activities. Night work is not required, and physical lifting is not necessary as all transfers are done using lifts. The client retains perception and orientation.
Care takes place in Groß-Gerau, in a family house with a small garden. The caregiver is provided with a furnished guest room with Wi-Fi. Caregiving for a 73-year-old senior (166 cm, 60 kg) who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's disease. After a stroke, she is mobile within the house using a wheelchair and can take a few steps with a walker. She is very pleasant and sociable, without aggression, and enjoys caregiving, but she has difficulties with expression – often the right words do not come to her, so conducting conversations with her will not be very feasible. She requires complete assistance with dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Job responsibilities include meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry care, assistance with toileting, cooking, and household management. The supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. The caregiver will also accompany the client to physiotherapy. Lifting/transferring the client is occasionally necessary, depending on the daily condition; night work is not required. The start date is planned with a possible range of 01.09.–15.09.2026. Important note: the client used to smoke heavily but has forgotten about it. If the caregiver smokes, it must be done outside and discreetly, as it could remind the client of her own smoking. Due to a cat in the household, the caregiver is required to like animals. There is internet in the house, and the caregiver has a separate room available on the upper floor. A driver's license is not required, as everything can be arranged by taxi.

Caregiving for a 79-year-old senior (164 cm, 78 kg) who is mobile within the house using a walker, utilizes a stair lift, and can manage short distances with a cane. He is a dialysis patient, transported 3 times a week for 5 hours. He suffers from mild dementia, no longer engages in conversations, and spends most of his time watching television. He requires complete assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting (he is fully dependent on help, not partially). Safety grab bars are available in the shower. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, shopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the household for both clients; additional cleaning assistance is provided once a week. The 75-year-old senior (155 cm, 36 kg) moves independently, suffers from COPD, and has only 10% lung capacity, which physically limits her. She manages hygiene and toileting independently, is mentally sound, with signs of mild dementia. The household is located in the city of 53757, in a family house. The caregiver has access to 2 guest rooms with satellite TV and internet. Smoking is allowed only outside, on the terrace. Time off is by agreement.

Caregiving for an 82-year-old man (170 cm, 63 kg) who moves independently but suffers from Parkinson's disease, which occasionally limits his mobility (small, "shuffling" steps). The senior is mostly mentally sound, has a pacemaker, and suffers from incontinence (wears adult diapers). He requires assistance with personal hygiene, toilet visits, changing incontinence briefs, and dressing and undressing. It is important to ensure the regular and timely administration of medication. During the day, he sleeps a lot or watches television. Depending on his daily condition, joint walks with a walker are welcome. Night care support is needed 2–3 times per night, especially for accompanying him to the toilet or changing diapers. Available aids include a walker and a shower chair. The caregiver is also responsible for meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and laundry care. His wife lives in the household, continues to handle part of the shopping, and still drives. The residence is a family house, and the caregiver has their own room (guest room) and internet access. Time off is by agreement.

Start as soon as possible. Caregiving for an 85-year-old senior (160 cm, 45 kg) who is in a wheelchair and suffers from dementia, Alzheimer's, and incontinence. She also has epilepsy in advanced age and kidney disease. After a recent hospitalization, the senior has become more active and demanding. She is disoriented and needs assistance with transfers and stabilization, but also desires independence, although she lacks the strength for it. Requires help with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and using incontinence aids. To ensure she sleeps at night, she needs to be engaged and occupied during the day. Night work is part of the role, but not every night—it depends on her daily condition. The caregiver's duties also include supervising medication intake, assisting with household chores such as maintaining cleanliness, laundry, cooking, shopping (nearest shops 500–700 m, city center 4 km, family can assist), and providing companionship. Walks and leisure activities are encouraged. The senior goes to bed around 19:00–20:00. Lifting is generally not required. Available aids include a bed with side rails, a wheelchair, an anti-decubitus mattress, and a toilet chair. The caregiver has their own (furnished) room with internet access. Breaks should be taken on-site or arranged with the son, as the senior cannot always be left alone—days/half-days off can be easily arranged with the son.
