The caregiver has a private room available in a family house (70 m²) in a small town. The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, and television. Internet is not available. There are no pets in the household. Time off is arranged in agreement with the family.

Client, 92 years old, 95 kg and 165 cm, lives in her daughter's house, who resides in the same house in a separate apartment; the caregiver has access to a guest room, internet, and there is a large calm dog in the household. The client is entirely dependent on assistance for dressing, hygiene, toileting, standing, and walking, uses a wheelchair, and full transfer and a bed lift are used for mobility. She suffers from moderate dementia/Alzheimer's, weak short-term memory function, fluctuating orientation, general senile weakness, and pituitary insufficiency (a weakening of the pituitary gland that requires medication, as otherwise, the body lacks salts and hormones, which can lead to coma), requiring regular medication. She is kind, needs supervision with medication, meal provision, motivation, help with household tasks, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Night work is not necessary, as she sleeps through the night. A lady visits daily for 6 hours, engaging in activities such as crafting, reading, playing music, and sometimes cooking together. A good knowledge of the German language is required, smoking is allowed only outside, a driver's license is not needed, and time off is negotiable.

Caregiving for an 85-year-old client.

The client lives alone on the ground floor of a family house, with no other people or pets in the household, and the house does not have internet access. She uses a wheelchair but is currently bedridden due to a recent gastrointestinal infection from which she is still recovering and is significantly weakened. Mentally, she is alert but requires assistance with hygiene and is incontinent—needing help to use the toilet 4 to 5 times a day, including around 23:00 at night. An outpatient nursing service visits the household (providing home care), and night-time availability of the caregiver is also required.

The job involves household management—cooking, cleaning, laundry—and personal care: assistance with morning hygiene in bed or bathroom, possibly showering (barrier-free shower, toilet chair or folding seat), help with transfers and walking to the toilet, assistance with dining at the table, as well as providing companionship and conversations with the client.

The caregiver is required to have a driver's license category B, a good command of German, and above all, patience and empathy, as the client can occasionally be quirky and impatient.

The assignment duration is currently agreed upon for 1 month. The caregiver will be accommodated in a separate furnished room upstairs with a private bathroom (toilet, sink), and may shower in the bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a balcony available where smoking is permitted; otherwise, smoking is prohibited in the house.

Caregiving for an 85-year-old senior (178 cm, 75 kg) who suffers from a malignant skin tumor with metastases, is physically very weakened, and has been hospitalized since July 2026. The senior is mostly bedridden and requires assistance to sit on the edge of the bed or to be transferred to a wheelchair. No night care is required, and the senior is fully oriented in space and time, with clear communication and good hearing and vision. The senior requires complete assistance with dressing, hygiene, and toilet use, and is washed in bed. He feeds himself. Job responsibilities include meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry care, and caring for cats in the household. Accompanying the senior on walks and providing mental support are important parts of the care, as he enjoys watching football matches or spending time in the garden. The caregiver has a separate room in a two-generation house with internet access, and the household pets are cats.

Caregiving for a 97-year-old man (172 cm, 55 kg) who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis in both shoulders. Despite this condition, he is capable of independent movement and does not require night care or lifting. The client is oriented in time, place, and person and lives alone in a family house with an area of 250 m². The caregiver will be responsible for routine household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, with partial assistance from a cleaning service. The client needs daily transportation to the cemetery and, as needed, to the doctor or ophthalmologist. The caregiver is provided with a private room equipped with internet and furnishings such as a bed, wardrobe, table, and chair. Smoking is not tolerated. The caregiver's time off will be arranged individually.

Caregiving for a 71-year-old senior (164 cm, 45 kg) who has experienced a stroke with partial paralysis. She has significantly limited speech ability or none at all, but is mentally clear and oriented, with no signs of dementia. The senior moves independently with the aid of a rollator, but a wheelchair is also available. Assistance with climbing stairs and overcoming thresholds is necessary, as her safety and stability while walking are limited. Support is required for hygiene needs and personal care due to instability when standing and walking. A shower chair is available for bathing. The job also includes preparing or reheating meals, cleaning living areas, doing laundry, and other routine household tasks. The caregiver will also be responsible for watering plants and light gardening work, such as weeding or using a garden tractor. The caregiver has access to a private room with internet connectivity. A car with automatic transmission is available.

Caregiving for an 86-year-old senior (160 cm, 65 kg) who lives alone in a family house in the rural area of Winzer Neßlbach. She suffers from age-related weakness and incontinence, thus wears diapers and is completely unable to use the toilet independently, and standing is challenging for her. She is mobile within the house with the help of a walker. Due to childhood trauma, she performs intimate hygiene entirely by herself, and this area must be respected. She needs assistance with dressing and personal hygiene with partial help. The caregiver prepares meals, takes care of the household, does the shopping, and laundry. Morning duties start around 7:00 as the senior wakes up around 4:00, but the caregiver can continue to sleep. The senior falls asleep between 19:00 and 20:00. There are no night shifts or lifting required in the household, and all shopping can be handled by the family. The caregiver has a spacious guest room with all comforts, including a private living room and bathroom with internet access.

We are looking for a caregiver with knowledge of the English language, ideally a non-smoker. A driver's license is not required. The gentleman speaks only English, while the daughter-in-law speaks Polish.

Caregiving is for a 66-year-old gentleman who is bedridden long-term but is mentally completely sound. He has a catheter and a PEG tube, which is currently not in use. After the removal of the tracheostomy, he still has an opening in his neck, which is cared for by a caregiving service. The gentleman independently consumes food orally. He uses diapers and a urinary catheter.

Complete assistance is needed with dressing, hygiene, toileting, and changing diapers, as well as emptying the catheter bag. A hoist, which is available, is used for transferring from bed to wheelchair. The bathroom is barrier-free. Night care is not required, as the gentleman sleeps through the night.

The job also includes cooking, household care, laundry, cleaning, and shopping. The family can also handle shopping as needed.

The caregiver resides in a newly renovated house/accommodation with an area of approximately 50 m², having their own furnished room of about 18 m² and internet access.
